Apartment Design | Deventer, Netherlands | KCAP
A ‘rock’ filled with homes forms a striking building in the new expansion area of Deventer. Consisting of eight layers, irregularly shaped, the building offers surprising and intriguing perspectives from the surrounding low-rise buildings. Owing to the shape of the building, there are a large number of different apartment typologies. A façade of natural stone forms a continuous skin that entirely envelops the building.
