In an industrial park in Kamp-Lintfort to the new headquarters of KMS. The new building of the local-machine-Services includes a workshop of 400 sqm and an office area of approximately 200 m² plus 100 m² of warehouse and outbuildings. The task of a new hall constructed in the competition with a finished part hall stood, had a very tight budget.
