Golden Moonbay Gardens

In Chinese housing estates the character of the place is significantly determined by landscape architecture - in this project the diverse landscape takes up different garden motifs on more than 50.000 square meters and offers to the inhabitants various and full-perspective chances for meetings and sojourn. Large areas with water reflect the light and give the option to swim or to make a boat trip. A large amorphous Club House hovers above the landscape, offering generous leisure spaces. The landscape, presenting its qualities while moving through it, also gives the inhabitants a unique view from their apartment above, thus supporting the identity of the estate.Via IFG
