SD Wetland Park Cultural Complex, Hong Kong

"Harmonizing with the environment is the primary concern of this 12000 sq.m. cultural complex in the Wetland area. Buildings are almost made invisible. Facades towards the wetland are buried by green slopes. Roof is the only element describing the building outline while facades towards the city are more exposed and celebrated. Series of theme parks form the spatial threshold between the wetland and the city."
