By taking a holistic approach to the shared site of the community center and the adjacent senior housing, it was possible to maximize the site to the benefit of both projects. The private residences have a thoughtful relationship to both the surrounding streets and the adjacent community center, which joins a corner public park and meditation garden in creating an open and welcoming gathering place for the neighborhood.........
