In concert with Saudi Arabia’s effort to increase its presence in the global economy, Callison’s design for parcels 3.04 and 3.05 connects world class office, residential and retail uses along the Wadi pedestrian network within King Abdullah Financial District. To maximize sustainability, indigenous materials and water resource conservation are incorporated throughout the development.The buildings’ site orientation also provides self-shading and cooling for energy efficiency.
