We stripped this space down to its brick walls (two different types of brick because of two different buildings) and a concrete floor and ceiling. This “shell” basically became the “warehouse” for stockroom and order fulfillment. Then, we inserted a perfect “glacial white” Corian box into this “found” space-KONYK
